Flow-Tek
offers a full line of standard mounting kits to connect Flow-Tek valves and actuators at a very attractive price. Used with
our EZ Ordering Code Matrix these mounting kits are very easy to select and assemble. They are in stock in a variety of sizes
to mount actuators on valves up to 12”. Most mounting kits contain a 304 Stainless Steel bracket and coupler and Stainless
Steel hardware. All couplers are machined to close tolerances. Special kits are also available for mounting non-standard assemblies.
Flow-Tek factory mounts these assemblies and bench tests each unit to ensure the customer receives a high quality automated
valve package.

| Flush Mounting Kit |

Flow-Tek’s
Flush Mounting Kits are available on sizes ¼” to 2 ½” and they provide a very attractive method of
connecting Flow-Tek valves and actuators. At 1.30” in height, these kits offer a low profile connection between the
actuator and valve and reduce the overall space requirements of the assembly. The kits come complete with an investment cast
(CF8M) Flush Mount Housing, 304 Stainless Steel coupler and Stainless Steel hardware. In addition to the reduced space requirements,
these kits offer some additional advantages over standard mounting kits. They will protect the packing area of the valve during
caustic washdowns and the design offers full access to the mounting bolts for fast and easy actuator mounting. These kits
can be mounted in any direction and feature a weep hole to eliminate the possibility of an internal buildup of media. The
kits also allow the user to field mount different size actuators to a single valve. All couplers are machined to close tolerances.
Flow-Tek is offering these low profile kits in addition to our standard mounting kits.

valve position monitors signal valve status to both local and remote stations. The high visibility beacon provides local valve
position indication throughout the full range of travel. The units have been designed for ease of wiring and adjustment in
the field.

For electrical operation of pneumatic actuator
on/off functions, Flow-Tek 4-way solenoids are direct mounted to the actuator by NAMUR interface, with no external tubing
required. both waterproof (NEMA 4) and explosion proof (NEMA 4,7,9) housings are standard. NPT and IP65 DIN connections are
offered with both single and dual coils. The air supply connection is 1/4" NPT and the electrical connection is 1/2" NPT.
A manual override lever is located on the top of the valve body. A 3-way solenoid is also available.

The Flow-Tek 2N1 ProxSensor provides
2 inductive proximity sensors in 1 self-contained, fully sealed, compact enclosure. The 2 sensors are completely encapsulated
with epoxy resin in a nylon enclosure for superior moisture, chemical and corrosion protection. Features include open &
closed LED indicators, high visibility pointer for local position indication, nonmagnetic target and multi-pin electrical
cable connector. The ProxSensor mounts directly to Flow-Tek pneumatic actuators or can be mounted to manually operated valves.
AC, DC and NAMUR intrinsically safe versions are available. AC Sensor units operate on 20-250 VAC with a maximum load current
of 500 mA. DC Sensor units operate on 10-65 VDC with a maximum load current of 200 mA.

Flow-Tek positioners are available
in pneumatic, electro-pneumatic, explosion proof and fail freeze design. These durable postitioners are constructed with NEMA
4X cast aluminum housing that is polyester coated for superior corrosion protection. With non-interactive span and zero adjustment,
and the external zero adjustment, calibration is simple and time saving. These units provide accuracy, speed of response and
repeatability to meet the most demanding industry standards for control. With very few moving parts, and complete modularity
of the unit, it can be modified or maintained while mounted on the valve assembly minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
If necessary the pilot valve assembly can be cleaned by removing a single screw. This flexible design uses a single housing
for pneumatic or electro-pneumatic units. Optional features include a modular feedback module to provide accurate position
feedback, a gauge package, special cams for various control ranges and a raised indicator.
